⁉️Did you know we are the only community garden in Scotland run entirely by volunteers that have chickens in a district park? Volunteers care for them with full security through Safer Group LTD.

🐔Our hens are well cared in person daily with additional volunteer communication with a Chicken Chat WhatsApp and 24/7 monitoring through chicken coop-cam! Eggs are shared with volunteers with surplus available to purchase 1st come on Saturdays 🥚

Even better - You can visit them, buy a Tubz of treats and feed them though netting in their free range run Saturday 1-4pm* (While volunteers are on site)

Please do not try to enter the chicken run as this is strictly for our trained volunteers and too many visitors may stress the hens.

How do we buy food?

Simply turn the carousel to pick your Tubz, insert £1 coin, turn the dial a couple of times and your chicken feed will drop down for you to collect!

Do you fancy some treats too? Use the other Tubz vending machine to get sweets!
