Christmas Tree Recycling Service Terms and Conditions

Registration

• Your donation is non-refundable and should be for £10 (or more if you wish)
• Please include a reference on the form above which matches Just Giving donation site around the same time
• Collections must be booked before 18:00 on Friday 2nd January 2026 for collections Monday 5th Jan - Friday 9th Jan 2026 - Spaces are limited so book early and secure your collection.
• Rest assured if you have followed the Ts&Cs your tree will be collected - **We had a 100% collection rate in January 2024 & 2025 - Just ask a neighbour!

**Tree collection

• Trees will only be collected from the outside of a property (strictly one tree per £10 donation - No fake trees)
• Please make sure that the tree is placed within your property boundary, and does not block any access or public footpaths
• We will only collect within a 5 mile radius of Winchburgh (Google Winchburgh to your address to check)
• We will only collect real trees
• Any synthetic trees will not be collected
• Trees must be completely stripped of decorations and lights - Any trees that still have decorations on them will not be collected
• Please put your tree from 10am Monday morning 5th January 2026 if safe to do so.
• Once collected a THANK YOU slip will be posted through your door OR Missed collection if no tree available
• Trees can be collected up until 4pm on Friday 9th January 2026
• We reserve the right to refuse a collection at any time
• Trees will be collected using a 100% E-Transit van, part of our sustainability story
